We are the venture capital arm of EnBW AG, one of the largest utility companies in Germany with around six million customers. We make financially driven investments in entrepreneurial teams that make infrastructure smart.
We combine:
- committed capital without corporate budget constraints,
- a fast and independent decision process,
- a separate legal entity protected by chinese wall principles,
- an exit incentivised team with more than 100 VC transactions,
- a strong network to our corporate backer.

We invest in European startups with our €100 million evergreen setup. We act as lead- or co-investor.
