Edenred Ventures

Edenred Ventures is the independent venture capital arm of Edenred, operating as a fund with the corporate group as its sole limited partner (LP). Founded in 2012, it invests in early-stage European B2B technology companies, primarily at Seed and Series A. The fund has backed over 50 portfolio entrepreneurs to date.

Its investment thesis centres on four verticals: Future of Work, Fintech (with a focus on corporate payments), Retail/Commerce Tech, and Professional Mobility, including adjacent areas of the energy transition. Geographic reach extends across Europe and into Latin America.

While structurally independent in its governance, the fund provides its portfolio companies with strategic support, access to Edenred's operational teams, and a global corporate network - a model positioning it between a pure financial investor and a strategic corporate venture unit.
