Earth & Beyond Ventures is an early-stage Israeli VC fund investing in DeepTech startups, from space and defense to climate, energy and compute. We're a small, dedicated team working to grow the Israeli DeepTech ecosystem, to find and invest in the best founders and help them build leading companies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Ecosystem Manager who loves owning processes and projects end to end. You will create content and brand materials - writing, designing and publishing yourself - and promote it across the ecosystem. You will lead on events, identify partnership opportunities, and be the point person on special projects.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of people, technology and startups, with plenty of room to shape it. The role is full time at our offices in Herzliya, with some flexibility for remote work.

What You Will Do

Content, Brand and Social Media

• Lead our social media presence, especially LinkedIn: plan the calendar, write the posts, design the visuals and grow our audience.
• Create marketing materials yourself - decks, one-pagers, website content, newsletters, event collateral and short videos.
• Lead on updating our website and other public-facing content.
• Tell our story in a way that resonates with founders, investors and partners.
• Support portfolio startups with branding & messaging.

Ecosystem and Opportunities

• Plan and run events, meetups and community-building activities.
• Represent Earth & Beyond at industry events, and build relationships with founders, researchers, corporates, academia and ecosystem organizations.
• Spot and create new opportunities - partnerships, collaborations, speaking slots, deal flow and talent - and bring them back to the team.

Special Projects

• Help design, launch and manage special projects - like our DeepTech CEO Training program (DeepTech Leaders).
• Ensure efficient project execution through proactive process management.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact for special projects, track progress and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, content, community, program management or business development, ideally in a startup, VC or tech environment.
• A portfolio that shows you can create: posts, designs, decks or campaigns you made yourself.
• Hands-on design skills with tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe, and a good eye for visual quality. Experience creating or managing websites - strong plus.
• Proven project management skills: you can run several workstreams at once, keep deadlines and see things through, proactively initiate and adapt to changes.
• Excellent writing and communication in Hebrew and English - a must.
• A genuine passion for technology and DeepTech, and the curiosity to learn fast.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude who's comfortable "getting their hands dirty" in a small, fast-moving team.

Nice to Have

• An existing network in the Israeli startup and tech ecosystem.
• Understanding of a DeepTech vertical through studies, military service or work.
• Experience running accelerator, fellowship, EIR or other startup programs.
• Experience with video editing, website management, newsletters or marketing analytics.
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up content creation and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
