We seek a content-savvy intern to join our PR & Communications team for a three to six-month, full-time internship. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our brand - supporting content creation, maintaining consistency across channels, and helping us communicate with clarity and impact.

at earlybird, your projects, responsibilities, and tasks will likely include:
Support our digital presence - help manage Earlybird’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram), draft post copy, and create visuals using Canva
Assist in content development - contribute to key projects such as website updates, founder support materials, and investor communications like LP reports
Maintain brand consistency - ensure visuals and messaging align with our brand guidelines, tone, and style across all channels
Support founders and internal teams - assist with press releases, event materials, and personal branding content; help navigate the use of AI-generated imagery as part of the creative workflow
Support new content and media formats across diverse channels - video capture, Instagram material, as well as event platforms when needed
- Bring fresh thinking - research emerging trends, AI tools, and new content formats to help keep our communications sharp, relevant, and engaging
what we hope you bring to the role:
First experience in content creation, communications, or marketing (via internships, freelance, or university projects)
Native-level English with excellent writing and editing skills
Skilled in organizing and managing tasks across multiple workstreams
Familiarity with Canva or similar tools; and basic Photoshop is a plus
Detail-oriented and proactive, with an eye for design and storytelling
Experienced with AI tools for content creation (e.g. ChatGPT, image generation, editing tools)
Interest in startups, venture capital, and tech/health innovation
EU work permit
