Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the firm’s operational infrastructure and processes. This position will lead daily operational planning, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and ensure efficient support for investment activities and portfolio companies. The role includes managing business performance metrics, supporting budgeting and P&L oversight, and implementing tools and frameworks that enhance productivity and transparency. The Vice President Operations will collaborate with leadership to refine strategic priorities, guide project execution, and maintain high-quality internal and external stakeholder experiences. This individual will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, risk mitigation efforts, and scalable operational practices as the firm grows.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management skills, including designing, implementing, and optimizing processes across a distributed organization.

Experience with P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring to support data-driven decision-making.

Customer Service and stakeholder management capabilities to ensure a positive experience for founders, investors, and partners.

Strategic Planning skills to translate firm-wide vision into actionable initiatives and measurable operational goals.

Project Management experience to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver results on time and within scope.

Background in venture capital, private equity, technology startups, or related high-growth environments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, global setting with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with modern productivity, collaboration, and data tools; familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
