Join the Firm Redefining Private Market Access
Clifton Partners is where institutional discipline meets entrepreneurial edge.
We operate at both ends of private markets: as a family office deploying our own capital, and as an advisory boutique. That order matters—we build conviction by investing our own money first, then share our best opportunities with the world's leading families, funds and founders.
We don't operate like an investment bank. We source, structure and distribute access to the companies shaping tomorrow—the entrepreneur's way: faster, sharper, closer to the people who build—and we've already moved billions doing it, for companies like OpenAI, SpaceX, Revolut, Mistral, and Anthropic.
Our founding partners bring an unmatched combination: one built the secondary market playbook at UBS, the other built and sold tech companies worth $150M+.
Together, they're creating the platform that connects the world's best private companies with the capital that understands them.
The Partners You'll Learn From
Diane-Rose Dupré
Diane-Rose Dupré didn't just work at UBS—she became their youngest team head ever in France, leading the Venture & Growth Solutions team.
She personally structured secondary deals for Revolut's and Klarna's expansion rounds, and OpenAI and Anthropic transactions. Her network reads like a who's who of global institutional investors and the largest family offices.
When institutions need complex secondary solutions, they call Diane.
Guillaume Moubeche
Guillaume Moubeche built lemlist from $1,000 to a $150M valuation, then reached $45M ARR while staying 70% owner.
He sold 20% for $30M to focus on what he does best: spotting and accessing tomorrow's winners.
His portfolio includes positions in Groq, Ledger, BackMarket, Revolut, Anthropic and more. His content reaches 250,000+ tech founders and investors weekly.
When founders need liquidity advice from someone who's been there, they call Guillaume.

- Accessing Exclusive Networks: Interface directly with secondary investors, family offices managing billions and founders building unicorns.
- Creating Market Intelligence: Your analysis will influence how institutional capital flows into private tech.
- Content Creation at the Core: Content is central to how we build our network and our edge. You'll contribute directly—from BILLIONS, Guillaume's show with unicorn founders, to the analysis and ideas we put in front of the market.
