CFT Capital Partners is a Los Angeles-based investment platform which aims to provide value-added co-investment capital to innovative and industry leading companies, alongside financial sponsors, institutional investors, family offices, and management teams.

Since 2016, CFT Capital Partners has been managing alternative assets for the Cherng Family Trust, the family office of Andrew and Peggy Cherng who are the founders of Panda Restaurant Group. The Firm has over $2 billion of AUM and is currently investing out of a $523 million vehicle which closed in May 2022.
