Role Description
The Network Leader is the face of Catalyst Labs at your university. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role, you're a VC scout, community builder, and event operator rolled into one. You'll source and refer top student founders, represent the Catalyst brand on campus, and co-produce events that drive real deal flow. One position per school.
What You Will Do
Scout and refer high-potential student founders to the Catalyst Labs fellowship pipeline
Serve as the primary Catalyst Labs representative and brand ambassador on campus
Plan, organize, and execute Catalyst events at your university
Build and maintain relationships with campus startup ecosystems, clubs, and faculty
Drive deal flow by identifying emerging builders before anyone else does
Report directly to Catalyst Labs leadership on campus activity and opportunities
Qualifications
Deeply embedded in your university's startup or tech community
Strong networker - you know the builders, or you know how to find them
Self-directed and comfortable operating with minimal oversight
Entrepreneurial mindset — you've either started something or you're about to
Excellent communicator with a bias toward action over deliberation
Available immediately and committed through Spring 2026
