Campus Founders

Campus Founders is a startup and co-innovation hub based in Heilbronn, Germany. Its work spans the pre-company stage through scaling: programmes that combine hands-on learning, innovation methods, coaching and financial support guide founders from exploring an initial idea to building, validating, entering the market and growing the business. The organisation maintains an international network alongside its regional base.

A second strand addresses established companies. Co-innovation and corporate incubation programmes are designed for corporates seeking to explore and launch new businesses, develop employees and strengthen entrepreneurial culture within their organisations. Industry focus is on startups and entrepreneurship on the one hand, and corporate innovation and incubation on the other.

Campus Founders also operates as a platform for exchange and collaboration, convening startups, students, mentors, investors and established companies. For investors, this positions the hub as a point of access to early-stage venture-building activity in the Heilbronn region, though no investment vehicle, fund terms or check sizes are stated. The stated orientation is towards founders and innovators creating lasting value, with an emphasis on practical learning, coaching and connections within a community that links regional roots to an international outlook.
