SEIZING OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE IT HAPPEN We invest in promising (very) early-stage startups that we make successful in a short period of time. Successful for the startup, for the agri-food chain and for our investors. Our initial ticket size is € 200k to € 1 million. We support the company until the next phase, in which (later stage) Venture Capital Funds can step in. Our criteria: Agritech, Food & Climate: Startups whose innovative solutions improve sustainability and efficiency in agriculture, horticulture, food chain and/or have a positive impact on the environment & climate. Early stage: Early stage (pre-seeding and seeding). From the idea stage to just getting off the ground. Disruptive: Innovative and disruptive product/idea using deep-tech such as robotics, AI, blockchain and drone technology. Scalability: Profitable within three to five years, commercially scalable.
