B Heroes

B Heroes is a venture capital firm based in Milan, founded in 2016. It invests at the pre-seed and seed stages, backing innovative startups across sectors rather than within a defined vertical. Its mandate has a geographic through-line: supporting Italian entrepreneurs wherever they are based, with the firm describing its approach as investing, connecting and supporting "through the eyes of entrepreneurs".

The firm's activity to date spans a portfolio of 164 companies and more than 350 founders backed, with €23.3 million of capital deployed and 18 exits recorded.
