As an Investment Associate, you’ll be a core member of our pipeline team, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and diligencing high-impact opportunities in breakthrough climate technologies in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, and supportive environment.

You will build and maintain a strong network of founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to surface compelling opportunities. The role includes driving diligence processes with rigor and follow-through, developing clear investment theses, and communicating your thinking effectively in writing and conversation.

We are looking for someone who is mission-driven and motivated by solving global challenges through impact investing. The right candidate is independent but collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to manage multiple workstreams while quickly getting up to speed on technical topics. A strong understanding of climate technologies or adjacent industries is important.
