Advantary is scaling. We are expanding our capital syndication function to support a growing set of active mandates and a robust pipeline of live opportunities.
We are seeking a Partner, Capital Syndication to own LP coverage and help drive funded closes across venture, growth, and private equity transactions. This role is ideal for a senior capital formation leader who combines strong allocator relationships with disciplined execution, excellent judgment, and high integrity.
What you will do
Source and secure commitments from family offices (FOs), multi-family offices (MFOs), high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, strategics, and other allocators.
Run processes from first outreach through diligence, allocation, documentation, and funded close.
Partner with deal teams to position opportunities, manage stakeholders, and support negotiations.
What we are looking for
Proven track record in capital formation / investor relations, with closes to show for it.
Deep, trust-based relationships in the LP and allocator community.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation: Equity participation as an LLC member, plus cash and carried interest, with uncapped upside.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, remote-friendly.
