The role
We are building a global bench of Venture Scouts with proprietary deal flow. If you are consistently first to the best opportunities, and you have trusted founder and investor relationships, this role is for you.
What you will do
Source exclusive early-stage and growth-stage opportunities for investment and consulting.
Build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, growth equity firms, accelerators, and corporate innovation teams.
Conduct initial screening (market, differentiation, traction, scalability), and tee up high-quality opportunities.
Partner with Advantary’s investment team on positioning, diligence support, and process execution.
Represent Advantary at events, pitch competitions, and ecosystem convenings.
What we are looking for
Demonstrated ability to surface deals ahead of the market.
Strong network across startups, venture, growth equity, and corporate innovation.
3+ years in VC, PE, IB, startup advisory, or adjacent roles.
Clear communicator with solid investment fundamentals.
Compensation and structure
1099 independent contractor.
Performance-based compensation tied to successfully sourced investments and consulting engagements.
