What you'll do

• Find great founders early. Meet them, build relationships, and bring the best ones to our attention.
• Get into the weeds. Assess founding teams up close, dig into businesses, and do diligence that goes beyond the Excel sheet.
• Help our portfolio companies grow. Find talent, bring in customers, solve problems, and get your hands dirty wherever needed.

You'll thrive here if

• You've built something yourself, either as a founder or an early employee.
• You've worked in product, tech, or growth at an early-stage or fast-growing startup. You've owned outcomes and seen what it takes to move the needle.
• You know founders worth knowing, and can get us in the room with them.
