Role Description
This is a part-time remote opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Founder's Fellow. The Fellow will assist with research, strategy development, content creation, and operational support across various projects. Responsibilities include supporting startup initiatives, preparing for mentor and investor interactions, and assisting in workshops and milestone tracking. The Fellow will work closely with founders, mentors, and the 23 Ventures team to contribute towards the success of the program and its participants.
Qualifications
Research and Analytical Skills, including market analysis and data gathering
Writing, Content Creation, and Communication Skills for drafting reports, presentations, and messaging
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities, with knowledge of startup growth and scaling strategies
Project Management and Organizational Skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to challenges, and a proactive approach to learning
Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture capital, and product development processes is beneficial
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
