What will you actually be doing?

  • Assessing market/company attractiveness to help identify compelling businesses;
  • Identifying trends, leading startups, customer behavior & investigating market sizes and potential.
  • Competitor research & product value case analysis.
  • Reading/reviewing business plans and pitch decks.
  • Preparing market analyses and presentations to support investment decisions.
  • Contribute to building a new VC success story in the region, instead of just trying to defend an already built legacy.
  • Day-to-day cooperation with people calling the shots. (V# partners)
  • Assistance with creating in-house venture projects.
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Who do we look for?

  • Experience: student - preferably 3./4./5. year of studies (not a necessity).
  • Preference for drive, passion, and willingness to learn over years of university studies or relevant field of studies.
  • Qualities: Intellectual curiosity, proactive approach, critical thinking, and willingness to go beyond the task with an analytical emphasis as well as an ambitious attitude and courage to express your opinion.
  • Team player with a friendly and open-minded attitude.
  • Ability to process a complex problem into a coherent and easy-to-understand output.
  • Skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Might come in handy:

  • Entrepreneurial experience (startup/own projects/...), NGOs.
  • International competitions (M&A, consulting, hackathons, CFA RC...), summer schools, exchange programs, Erasmus, etc.
  • Extracurricular activities (extra courses, voluntary projects, art, sports...).
  • Passion about startups and the VC ecosystem, personal development, and career mentorship.

Our Hiring Process:

1. RESUME ROUND - Share your LinkedIn/CV.

2. INTRO CHAT - First informal meeting quick 30 minutes intro → getting to know the candidate's profile.

3. SOLVE THE PUZZLE (CASE STUDY) - Case study assignment → 5 days to solve the case study.

4. TIME TO SHINE (PRESENTATION) - Presentation of the case study (15min) + Q&A.
