ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team, primarily supporting 1) our Chief Operating Officer / Legal Partner and 2) a Senior member of our Investment Team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Actively identifying and acting on opportunities to streamline work for executives, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities
  • Fully owning, managing, and maintaining calendars, including scheduling and multi-party coordination
  • Welcoming office visitors and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
  • Arranging complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, meals, car service, etc
  • Tracking and reconciling travel and expense receipts
  • Managing office conference room setup, supporting AV as needed
  • Event support and planning, typically quarterly, for team off-sites and meetings, including logistical research and planning, day-of support, and vendor/invoice management
  • Coordinating with and support other Executive Assistants across our global offices on joint projects/tasks
  • Acting as a back-up to other Executive Assistants as needed, and in support of visiting executives from our global offices
  • Handling highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Upholding the DCM brand by demonstrating consistent professionalism, understanding, and respect in all third-party interactions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Native proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin; additional language skills such as Japanese or Korean are a plus
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executives; VC or finance experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with all levels of management and staff, both internally and externally
  • Self-driven with a demonstrated history of initiative
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Experience and proficiency in organizing worldwide travel
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Strong impersonal skills
  • Experience operating with and supporting teams in multiple time zones
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly and independently
  • Bias towards action
  • Strong sense of ownership of work product
