m]x[v Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm focused on funding and founding the future of cloud. We invest in the SaaS “picks and shovels” that power enterprises, and believe that big ideas are brought to life through ambitious dreaming, strong business operations, and disciplined founders. We are motivated by the power of entrepreneurial spirit and the ideas and individuals that will be key in shaping the future of how our world operates.

m]x[v was founded in early 2021 and is based in New York City. Our Founder and General Partner, Mark Ghermezian (founding CEO/co-founder of Braze), is an investor, founder, and operator who leverages his expertise, network, and knowledge of the cloud market to build the next generation of leading cloud companies.

At m]x[v, we are focused on supporting our founders during the early stages of their startup journey. Our team consists of strong operators & entrepreneurs that invest in disruptive early-stage cloud companies and incubate internal concepts into full-fledged companies.
