Inovexus is the first cross-border Acceleration Fund built for the most promising Pre-Seed and Seed startups in Europe through mentoring and funding.

Our ambition is to build the European YCombinator backed by global leaders.

With a strong focus on B2B SaaS and Marketplaces, Inovexus accelerates startups and accompanies them from their Pre-Seed round to their Seed or Series A rounds, thanks to its pool of +55 mentors.

We also like to invest in the most successful startups we work with on Pre-seed or Seed rounds, through our different sources of financing.

Reporting to the Investment Team, this role requires a driven individual who is able to achieve and excel targets and who will be able to generate leads and pool exceptional Business Angels together. You will help define and develop our Lead Generation process whilst understanding the key business challenges our product and services solve. We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative and ownership when executing new business. There is a great opportunity to progress within the business!

The SDR focuses on the very first stage of the acquisition process: lead generation and qualification. The role does NOT involve closing deals, but is still the cornerstone of our development!

On a typical day, you will:

  • Generate Leads to build a global community of highly qualified Business Angels ready to invest in the hottest early-stage startups sourced by our Investment Team
  • Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting via emails, events and cold calling
  • Develop relationships within target communities and C-level executives
  • Develop an acquisition plan, whilst creating and maintaining a monthly acquisition forecast
  • Review the market to determine target’s needs and feeding back into the business
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual Lead Generation KPIs

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • Is perfectly fluent in French and English
  • Demonstrates an intrinsic drive to be successful
  • Ideally has first successful experience in a similar Lead Generation, Lead Development or Inside Sales function (internships included)
  • Is an easygoing person, with strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Shows interest for the Venture Capital industry
  • Experience in both a start-up and financial institution is a bonus!
