Investment Mangement Assistant
The "Investment Management Assistant" serves as a linchpin within the organization, functioning as an integral support system for both the CEO and investment managers. Role within the Organization
This role is pivotal for the smooth operation of the company, acting as the interface between the CEO, investment managers, and all stakeholders involved. By contributing valuable analyses and strategic insight, the individual in this position will play a crucial part in helping the organization meet its short-term and long-term objectives.
- Strategic & Investment Planning: assist in developing business strategies and contribute to investment analyses and decisions. Proactively gather and analyze information to help the CEO and fund managers make informed decisions. Assist in conducting comprehensive market and investment research.
- Stakeholder Communication: act as a liaison between CEO and stakeholders including but not limited to: shareholders, limited partners, external investors, enterprises, startup companies, and Laplace Partners community. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, manage the CEO's professional and investment-related schedules.
- Document Management: maintain all essential papers, digital files, and investment portfolios and their performance metrics. Take charge of organizing crucial investment and legal documents.
- Multi-Tasking Abilities: proficient in balancing both executive and investment-related tasks.
