Ingeborg is a special place to build your career. Our team members are collaborative, hardworking, and highly motivated. We are connected by a shared commitment to improve outcomes for women in the United States by investing in world-class female founders, funders and leaders.

We recruit team members who champion our four core values: women are natural leaders; successful women empower successful families; diversity adds value; women’s ideas have disruptive power.

We are seeking a top-performing Investment Associate to join our lean investing team. This person is a proactive, no-ego self-starter capable of multi-tasking, enjoys both collaboration and solo work projects, has strong written and oral communication skills, and has strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities.

About Ingeborg Investments

Ingeborg Investments is founded and funded by Olivia Walton. The investment platform is dedicated to achieving top tier returns by investing in female founders, funders, and leaders. Our mission is to create a long-term, self-sustaining investment platform that proves investing in women is smart business. Through this strategy, we seek to leverage investment capital to bend the arc of opportunity, access, and outcomes for female consumers, professionals, and asset managers.

Our team is connected by a shared commitment to improve outcomes for women in the U.S. by leveraging investment capital. As generalist investors, we are committed to providing capital to female-led startups building in five core areas: career, financial security, women’s health, motherhood, and better living. We evaluate investment opportunities based on a framework we call “the full female experience.” Through this lens, we invest in opportunities that fill systemic gaps in opportunity, access, equity, and experience for women while demonstrating venture-scale potential.

The core strategy focuses on direct investments into women-led, early-stage, venture-backed startups. It is complemented by a broader portfolio diversification strategy that also includes investments into later-stage women-led companies, funds, or ventures across other asset classes, including but not limited to venture capital funds and private equity funds.

About the Associate Role
