The former is a sector-agnostic fund that invests in Seed/Pre-Series A/Series A rounds of startups, while the latter is an angel fund that allows investors to get deal by deal exposure to emerging startups. The firm follows a hands-on approach and partners with founders to increase their probability of success through an active, mentor-driven model.
