HB Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in Deep Tech and Web3 opportunities in Asia Pacific and other regions. We focus on investing in early and growth stage technology companies.

Our typical investments are Series A to Pre-IPO stage companies whose founders have built solid traction, and we come in to bring in capital and corporate networks to accelerate expansion.

We invest in scalable businesses with sustainable model built around core technology.

• Sectors: Semi-conductor, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Web 3.0, Advanced Manufacturing, Biotech, Medical Equipment, Renewable and Alternative Energy, Fintech,and other emerging technologies
• Target Regions: Greater China and Southeast Asia, and we are also open to investment opportunities in the US & Europe
• Investment Ticket: Initial USD1-5 Million (up to RMB50-100m with our strategic partners and co-investors)
• Business Model: Technology led and capital efficient companies whose founders have clear vision and proven traction in building companies

Our Deep Tech funds focus on early growth to Pre-IPO stage companies while our Web3 funds, in collaboration with our strategic partner Web3Labs, focus on earlier stage opportunities as well as Fund of Fund investments. We also provide AI Cloud services as well as Incubation programs to our Web3 related portfolio companies. 

Our Advisory Board and Partners have backed 100+ technology companies with notable capital market and M&A exits, and they are here to bring deep industry insights and networks to our portfolio companies.
