Our family of strategies spans liquid token, quantitative, venture, and credit, and allows us to support teams throughout their entire lifecycle. Beyond providing capital, this unique structure allows us to become active participants and power users of their products and services.

We started our journey as a technology hub and co-working space in the heart of Soho in 2018. Through years of experience in early-stage investing and community building, we gradually evolved into a marketplace of ideas, talent, and capital. As both venture capitalists and operators today, we pride ourselves on being "founder-first" and aim to add value and catalyze growth for projects by leveraging our extensive network, providing tailored solutions, and working alongside our founders at the forefront of the blockchain and crypto space. OUR EDGEDIVERSIFIED NETWORK: Our general partners leverage both their operational experience and network to capture this wave of web 2.0 entrepreneurs entering the space. STRATEGIC VALUE-ADDITION: We prioritize investments with arbitrage opportunities within our network, adding value through our ecosystem and portfolio companies as well. DEAL FLOW PLATFORM FROM START TO FINISH: We can capture startups and founders at a much earlier stage thanks to our in-house accelerator and incubation program, which assure a minimum of 5X returns on each deal TEAM OF IN-HOUSE ENGINEERS: We build in-house engineering teams of experienced developers to help us gain better control over the technology audit and development process. SUPPORT FOR OPERATIONS: We reserve board seats or executive positions to help our founders strategically with fundraising, product development, cross-border market access, team growth, and partnerships. GLOBAL IMPACT: We developed strong relationships with local venture capital firms, investors, and entrepreneurs in markets such as Asia, Africa, and North America, allowing us to identify and invest in new technologies and trends around the world.

Advanced Blockchain is a publicly-traded venture builder and investor solely dedicated to crypto and Web3. Since 2017, Advanced Blockchain has invested into or incubated some of the top projects in the space, including Polkadot, NEAR protocol, Arweave, Composable Finance, Element Finance, Neon Labs, Fei Protocol, and over 20 more.

We believe crypto represents the new socioeconomic primitive that will redefine individual sovereignty and financial paradigms. Over the past 10 years, the team has collectively incubated and invested in over 50 unicorn protocols and on-chain economies. The fund is fully owned by our team without any outside money. Algorand Ventures combines the cryptonative knowledge of the #Algofam community with the Foundation’s ability to support projects at different stages of their lifecycle. To that end, AV makes investments in the ecosystem in three ways: Pre-seed projects via accelerator programs: AV is doubling down on accelerators by beefing up the regional coverage, mentorship networks, VC connections, technical curriculum, and more. Algorand will have best-in-class support for builders coming into the ecosystem on day 1. Stay tuned for details on specific programs but the goal is to accelerate at least 50 projects per year, if not many more.‍ Seed projects via partner funds: The Foundation has long been working side by side with the two preeminent Algorand ecosystem funds - Borderless and Arrington Capital. Today we are proud to announce that earlier this year the Foundation became a limited partner in both of these funds. Projects raising seed stage funding can pitch Algorand Ventures alongside Borderless and Arrington. While AV will not lead or anchor these rounds, we are willing to occasionally co-lead seed rounds and work to secure commitments from other investors that want to come into the Algorand ecosystem.‍ Scale projects via direct investments: Scale stage investments are intended for the household names of Algorand: Tinyman, AlgoFi, Folks Finance, and more come to mind… the prerequisite is having serious tech and serious traction amongst users to warrant consideration. Once Algorand Ventures has committed to a scale investment we will work tirelessly with these teams to bring them to the next level not only within Algorand but within the web3 world at large.

3x Capital is an ecosystem that supports founders in building blockchain products. We invest in the early stage Web3, Infrastructure, and DeFi startups, manage a Move2Earn guild, serve as validators for blockchains, curate an investment community and launch a Web3 school for software engineers. Since 2020 we have worked as a VC fund investing in the USA and EU-based startups leveraging 10 years of combined crypto investment experience and 18 exits, including Mina, Solana, Algorand Biconomy, and Braintrust.
