Caruso Ventures represents Dan and Cindy Caruso’s investment portfolio, family office and not-for-profit activities. Most of Caruso Ventures’ direct investments are in support of the Colorado ecosystem. In addition, through The Caruso Foundation, Caruso Ventures supports initiatives that inspire entrepreneurship, innovation, and inclusion.

Direct Investments, though a modest focus of today’s portfolio, will become a higher concentration over time. Most future investments will have a connection to Caruso Ventures’ purpose and will leverage our compelling relationships and our strategic engagement. Current investments include Arryved, Boom Supersonic, Codigo Tequila, ColdQuanta, Fireflyon, Honest Jobs, Maybell Quantum Industries, Ninja Nation, Radia, Spark Grills, and Zayo Group.

Our typical initial investment is $1.5 million in companies at the early revenue ramp stage, ranging from $500k to $2.5 million. We are industry agnostic and we will lead or follow. Most of our investments are headquartered in the Rocky Mountain Region or are Endeavor Global companies.

Caruso Ventures sets up Special Purpose Vehicles (“SPV”) for our investments, which allows for additional investors to participate in select investments.
