How we invest

Investment of up to BRL 1 million per startup

We seek to enter startup validation and scale stages, usually with contributions that reach up to R$ 1 million per startup. 

We understand and value co-investment opportunities with funds, angel investors and other players from the first funding round to the subsequent follow-on rounds.

B2B/B2B2C Platform

ACE has a preference for investing in mostly B2B or B2B2C startups, as it understands that it has knowledge and connections with this type of audience that add to the development of the startup.  

We are mainly looking for startups with the SaaS, Marketplace (among others) revenue model, which are models that we understand to be able to add disproportionately. 

Market above R$1 billion in Brazil

We expect it to be huge and with potential for disruption, in sectors that already move a lot of capital and have gaps in efficiency. As a reference, we can use the 1bi+ SAM.

Team 100% committed to the world-class standard

We are looking for a committed team ( full-time ) with complementary partners. We know that investment comes first in the team, so we want to understand the history of the teams and find out why they are the right team to achieve these goals.

Accelerated traction initiation tests

We understand that many of the MRR, CAC, LTV indicators, among others, are not yet consolidated. What we want to see are signs that startups have found relevant pain and are growing. Our role is to boost and help spin the sales machine, helping the startup reach its next level.
