Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a tech-savvy Senior Operations Manager to support our business during a period of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will work across the business to build efficiencies, systems and processes for scale. As part of this work, the Senior Operations Manager will be expected to work closely with leaders across the organization. The successful candidate will be process-driven, creative, and capable of user-first thinking. Prior experience working with logistics and product is preferred. An entrepreneurial mindset is necessary. This is a role best suited to an individual interested in process, efficiency, community and the alternative investment ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as an operational champion for the business across sales, deals, community, events and retention
  • Own systems, processes, and analytics related to our CRM, ESP, and databases
  • Support the management and optimization of our sales pipeline and deal flow funnel
  • Design, implement and refine business processes related to company operations 
  • Manage all automations across the 3i tech stack
  • Lead in the iteration of process and operations across the organization 
  • Act as a strategic partner with the COO to create and evolve SOPs and OKR’s across the business.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in an operationally-heavy role developing scalable processes
  • Entrepreneurial and self-determined
  • Familiarity with no- and low-code products, including Hubspot, Zapier, and AirtableData management, analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; acute attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a high growth, ambiguous environments
  • Strong quantitative and technical skills, including knowledge of financial and accounting 
  • Located in NYC

 Salary range:

  • $120,000 - $135,000
