Now we’re looking for an Office Manager to help write our next chapter.


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized professional to manage our San Francisco office and support our HR team. You’ll be the face of the company, and represent it in every way possible. Success in this role will require self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to efficiently juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with all employees and assist on various ad hoc projects, working both collaboratively and independently.

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors
  • Own SF office operations by maintaining organization and procedures
  • Ensure daily office operations are running smoothly (including but not limited to, ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating lunches, preparing shipping labels, sort and distribute mail, etc) 
  • In partnership with HR team, facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding and support other employee engagement activities
  • Event coordination and planning. Including vendor research and contract term negotiations 
  • Set up office for events like All Hands (need to be able to move light furniture)
  • May occasionally partner with other executive management team members on projects of a non-HR nature


We expect you to have done some of these things, but it’s not required that you’ve done all of them

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience of C-Level support or Office Management experience 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Knowledge of the following technology is a plus: Zoom, Google Suite, Asana, Slack
