In the role as Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for growing our already large and active network of European startup investors. Our investor base today consists mainly of (ultra) high-net worth individuals and includes former and current corporate CEOs, successful entrepreneurs, senior professionals, next-gen startup investors and family offices. You will be building your own pipelines of possible investors and generating investment volume from the leads you bring. You will be part of the investor relations team and work closely with DavidFriederikeGabriel and Clara. Read their interviews to find out more about their day-to-day work.

As an Investor Relations Manager, your main tasks will be to:

  • Build and manage your own client funnel independently, from engaging with new potential clients through the full onboarding journey to their first investments.
  • You will spend time with clients and prospects, covering all aspects of the sales process to ensure successful onboarding and closing.
  • Based on the selection of our investment team and your understanding what makes a great venture investment, you will take ownership for providing high quality client service for clients interested to invest in startups and our venture capital products.
  • Proactively maintain and improve our investor marketing communications and sales materials.

This job could be for you if:

  • You possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, eg. client services or investor relations, with a sophisticated investor client base (such as UHNWIs, family offices and wealth managers).
  • Experience in working with private equity or venture capital investments is a strong plus.
  • You are a strong networker and truly enjoy spending time with clients.
  • You enjoy working independently and are highly organized in your sales execution.
  • You have experience navigating long and complex sales processes and building the trust that leads to long-lasting relationships.
  • You are persuasive, flexible, and able to engage with clients on a variety of levels and topics.
  • You are highly proficient in English and either German or French.
