Role Summary

Our Growth team is looking for a passionate, hard-working individual to join our investment team as part of our two-year Associate program. Our associates conduct industry research, source potential investment opportunities, perform rigorous due diligence, and monitor portfolio performance. We are technical investors who like to dive deep into segments of the market where we believe technology can be most transformative. Our team-first approach means associates are expected to not only source deal opportunities by talking to companies, potential founders, and domain experts, but also effectively share their findings by modeling out scenarios, testing assumptions, synthesizing learnings, and iterating with the team’s feedback. Our associates gain exposure to our relationships and deal processes, and have the opportunity to find, underwrite, and support multiple promising investments each year.

The annual base salary for this role is $243,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
