Vendep Capital is an early-stage venture capital investor specializing in B2B SaaS across the Nordic and Baltic regions, currently investing from an €80 million fourth fund. We are hiring an Associate to join our eight-person team, based on-site at our Keilaniemi office in Espoo, Finland.
What You'll Do
The role spans several areas depending on your strengths:
- Deal flow sourcing
- Deal analysis
- Deal making and management
- Building internal tooling (for technically-inclined candidates)
Who You Are
- A go-getter, doer, and self-starter — internally motivated, hungry, and action-oriented.
- Prior interest in or exposure to the Nordic startup ecosystem.
- A self-motivated team player with high agency and strong execution.
- Able to work on-site at the Espoo office.
