Role Description
The Accelerator & Incubator Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading TCS VC’s programs that support early-stage founders in frontier technology sectors. Day-to-day activities include designing and managing accelerator and incubator cohorts, selecting and onboarding startups, and coordinating mentorship, workshops, and educational content. The Director will work closely with founders to refine business models, go-to-market strategies, fundraising plans, and operational roadmaps. This role collaborates with investment teams to source and evaluate opportunities, track portfolio progress, and prepare startups for follow-on funding. The Director will also build strategic partnerships, represent TCS VC at industry events, and continuously improve program structure, metrics, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Program design and management skills, including experience planning, launching, and iterating accelerator or incubator programs. Venture capital and startup ecosystem expertise, with experience in sourcing, evaluating, and supporting early-stage companies. Strategic planning and business advisory skills, including go-to-market, fundraising strategy, and operational optimization. Stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong networks among founders, investors, and partners. Leadership and team collaboration skills, including mentoring, cross-functional coordination, and remote team management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated interest or experience in frontier technologies such as Fintech, Crypto, Gaming, AI, or BioTech. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; advanced degree or prior founder experience is a plus. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and use data to inform decisions.
