We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with senior leaders across the firm. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and excels at managing complexity, anticipating needs, and driving execution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the firm, driving alignment, execution, and communication across key initiatives while anticipating needs and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently. Provide high-level executive support, managing complex calendars, competing priorities, and shifting demands while optimizing executive effectiveness. Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, portfolio company executives, investors, board members, executive search partners, candidates, and prospective founders, representing the firm with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate domestic and international meetings across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics while balancing competing priorities and sensitivities. Act as an extension of the executives you support by maintaining visibility into priorities, attending key meetings as needed, driving follow-through on action items, and supporting execution of strategic initiatives. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by streamlining communication and coordinating efforts across teams to support firm-wide objectives. Serve as a trusted ambassador for the firm, ensuring a high-quality, welcoming, and professional experience for all founders, investors, candidates, portfolio company leaders, and external stakeholders.

Prior experience supporting executives within venture capital, private equity, startups, professional services, or other high-growth organizations. The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience, knowledge, and skills. We offer a competitive benefits package and prioritize in-person collaboration. Our team works from our Palo Alto office, this role requires 5 days per week in office.
