About the Fund

ABHI Incubation Angel Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Angel Fund), managed by ABHI Incubation Fund Pvt. Ltd. (The Asset Management Company), with MITCON Credentia Corporate Trustees as trustee and ICICI Bank as custodian. The fund invests in early-stage, high-potential startups.

Role Overview

This is an investor relations and outreach role focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective investors. The intern will support the Fund Manager/Co founder in investor education, relationship management, and onboarding coordination. This role does NOT involve solicitation, marketing, or sale of fund units to the public. All engagement with prospective investors must be need-based, relationship-driven, and limited to persons who approach the fund or are part of the promoters' / fund team's pre-existing private network, in accordance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 governing private placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Family Offices within the team's existing private network. • Support investor education sessions explaining the fund's investment philosophy, portfolio, and structure — strictly on a one-on-one or invitee basis. • Assist in onboarding formalities (KYC, subscription documents, accreditation checks) for interested investors. • Coordinate private investor meets, briefings, and follow-up communication. • Maintain and update CRM records, outreach trackers, and pipeline reports. • Liaise with the Compliance Officer to ensure all investor communication remains within SEBI private placement norms. • Support preparation of investor collateral (decks, FAQs, portfolio updates) for internal / invitee use only.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing of Financial Services or related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with senior professionals and HNIs. • Strong interest in venture capital, startups, private markets, or wealth management. • High degree of discretion and professionalism — this role involves handling confidential investor information. • Self-starter with strong networking instincts and follow-through. • Prior exposure to CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.

Compliance Note

All activities under this role must be conducted in strict compliance with the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and related circulars, which prohibit public solicitation and advertisement of AIF units. Engagement is restricted to private placement — i.e., communication with persons who have independently expressed interest, or who are part of the promoters'/fund team's pre-existing relationships/network, subject to the regulatory limit on the number of investors per scheme. The intern will be required to undergo a compliance briefing with the Compliance Officer prior to any investor-facing engagement, and all outward communication templates must be pre-approved.

How to Apply
