You sit next to the founding partners, work on real deals, talk to real founders and business owners, and see how investing actually works in the wild. π¦
This role focuses on two main verticals:
β Small-cap PE-style acquisitions
β Early-stage startup investing
Most deal flow will be in Spain πͺπΈ with exposure across Europe.

What You Will Do
π Deal Sourcing
Research markets and spot high-potential targets
Identify and reach out to founders and operators
Build and manage outbound pipelines
Pitch 10K Ventures effectively
Source both acquisition opportunities and startup deals

Talk to CEOs and operators daily
Lead first conversations and build trust quickly
Create sharp deal briefs
Support negotiation strategies
Represent the firm in acquisition and early-stage discussions

Fluent Spanish
Strong English
Catalan is a plus

πInternship Structure & Allowance
This internship is designed for students during their academic semester.
It is unpaid, but for-credit with your university.
To support you, we provide a β¬300/month allowance, meant to cover commuting, lunch, and coffee chats with founders, business owners, and investors.
This is not a passive internship, youβll be deeply involved in sourcing, analyzing, and negotiating deals, while learning directly from the founding partners every single day.
