As an extension of the leadership team, you will handle high-leverage administrative, operational, and strategic support, enabling our partners to operate at their peak.

What You’ll Do
Your primary role is to serve as a strategic operational partner to the Founding Partners, managing day-to-day administrative operations while seamlessly connecting internal teams and external stakeholders.
Partner Support & Calendar Management
Lead and oversee complex calendar management, travel arrangements, reservations, and meeting logistics for the Founding Partners.
Manage meeting materials, secure required equipment, and create comprehensive briefings ahead of key partner engagements.
Stakeholder Relations & Business Communication
Act as a smooth, professional bridge for communication between the Founding Partners, the internal team, and high-profile external stakeholders (founders, investors, C-suite executives).
Manages, updates, and conducts research on target impact co-investor lists for Asia and Europe to support fundraising initiatives.
Liaise with portfolio founders to share ecosystem details (service providers, talent, awards, events), occasionally qualifying opportunities via introductory calls.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Firm Coordination
Collaborate and sync with the firm's wider Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coordination, shared best practices, and unified support.
Proactively identify operational weaknesses within our administrative ecosystem; refine existing processes or develop efficient new ones.
Special Projects & Administration
Safely navigate HR and finance administration when required.
Assist with special projects, research, documentation, and provide ad-hoc support to the wider team as needed.
